Return & Refund Policy – Grunee
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulations, some items are not eligible for return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at: sales@grunee.pl and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
