✅ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GRUNEE ONLINE STORE

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Grunee online store, available at www.grunee.pl, is operated by Grunee – Car Chemical for Professionals, with its registered office at ul. Słowackiego 29, 26-110 Skarżysko Kamienna, NIP: 5213885048, REGON: 5213885048.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, deliveries, and complaint procedures.

§2. DEFINITIONS

Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order in the store.
Seller – the owner of the Grunee store.
Goods – products offered in the online store.
Order – a declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract for the Goods.

§3. ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store’s website.

The Customer selects the product, quantity, and delivery method.

The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer.

§4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.

Available payment methods: online transfer, credit/debit card, cash on delivery, and payment systems (e.g., Przelewy24).

If payment is not made within 3 business days, the order will be canceled.

§5. DELIVERY

Goods are shipped via courier services or parcel lockers.

Order processing time is between 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery costs are visible during the order placement process.

§6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the Customer.

§7. COMPLAINTS

Goods are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.

Complaints should be submitted via email to: [email address].

The store will review the complaint within 14 days.

§8. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Seller is the data controller.

§9. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.

These Terms and Conditions come into force on 04.06.2025.
